General terms of service
1.The publisher
Classimum is published and operated by Jabeur Digital Solutions, Tunis, Tunisie. Contact: our contact page. These terms govern the use of the service by any training centre or educational institution that subscribes to it.
2.The service
Management software accessed through a browser, with nothing to install: student records, groups and scheduling, payments received, certificates, human resources and sales follow-up, with a space for learners and, depending on the plan, for their parents. The service is provided with the features of the plan or of the combination subscribed to, as described on the website on the day of subscription, and is enriched over the course of updates. The certificate generator on its own is a separate offer: it only gives access to the issuing and verification of certificates.
3.The account
Opening an account creates a centre whose owner is the person who signed up. It is up to them to create their team's access and to set its roles. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password; two-factor authentication is available and recommended for the owner. The centre is answerable for acts performed from the accounts it has opened. It also opens access for its learners and invites parents: it is up to the centre to send each invitation to the right person.
4.Free trial
The trial lasts 7 days and gives access to the features of the chosen plan; the trial of the certificate generator on its own includes 10 free certificates. No means of payment is requested to benefit from it, and it never turns into a paid subscription without a deliberate act by the centre. At its end, without payment, the centre's manager keeps their space in read-only mode, their team's access is paused, and the data is kept for three months.
5.Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page, in Tunisian dinars and excluding tax; VAT and stamp duty are added to them. The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly; the yearly commitment gives 2 months free. Payment is made online, by bank transfer, by D17, in cash or from the prepaid account. A quote is issued for each period, then a receipt once payment has been made; both remain available from the centre's space. The certificate generator on its own has no monthly fee: it is paid by batch of 50, 200 or 500 certificates, or individually from the prepaid account, at the time of each issue; each batch or top-up keeps access open for 12 months.
6.Price guaranteed on renewal
A centre that renews the same plan, or the same combination of features, keeps the price of its subscription if the public price list goes up, and benefits from any reduction. Changing plan or adding a feature applies the current price. Options are paid at the price in force.
7.Late payment and suspension
Once the due date has passed, a grace period runs before access is closed. This period is shown in the centre's space. During the suspension, the centre's manager consults their data in read-only mode and the team sees an access-paused screen. Suspension involves no loss of data: access reopens as soon as payment is made.
8.Termination
The centre may terminate at any time from its space, without notice or justification. The subscription runs until the end of the period paid for. The publisher may terminate in the event of a serious breach, persistent non-payment or use contrary to the licence, after a formal notice that has remained without effect.
9.The centre's data
The centre remains the owner of its data; the publisher processes it as a processor, in accordance with the Personal data page. The centre can export it at any time. It is deleted three months after the end of the subscription, or earlier on written request.
10.The centre's charters and documents
The charters and the templates for attestations, agreements and administrative documents are offered by the service, then reviewed and adapted by the centre, which chooses their text: the service fills them in and has them signed, without checking their content. The FINC.02 and FINC.03 forms of the CNFCPP file are drawn up from the data entered by the centre, which checks them and submits them itself.
11.Logo on the publisher's website
With the consent given in its profile, the centre's logo may appear in the “They trust us” section of the Classimum website. The centre may withdraw this consent at any time from its profile or on simple request; the logo then disappears from the website.
12.Reliability score and shared indicators
When the publisher activates it, the service calculates for each learner a reliability score based solely on the centre's data (payments, attendance, punctuality, courses completed, engagement, success, length of relationship), visible only to the centre's accounts that can see payments, as well as aggregated rates of on-time payment, attendance and courses completed, drawn from the records of the same person in the other user centres, matched by national identity card (CIN), passport, e-mail or telephone, never by name alone. These calculations are made at the time of consultation, as soon as the person has made at least one payment for their enrolment in the consulting centre; rates coming from elsewhere are shown without the name of a centre, reason, detail or amount, and each consultation is recorded. The centre that benefits from it accepts that its own records contribute to it, informs its learners of this processing (for example in its charter or its internal rules), takes no decision on the sole basis of these indicators, and forwards to the publisher any request from a person who objects to it or reports an error. The purposes, the data, the retention period, the legal basis and the rights of the persons concerned are described in section 16 of the Personal data page.
13.Liability
The publisher is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability may not exceed the amount of the sums paid by the centre over the last twelve months. Indirect damage, operating loss and commercial loss are excluded.
14.Changes to the terms and prices
Any substantial change to the terms or to the price list is brought to the attention of subscribing centres one month before it comes into force. A centre that refuses it may terminate free of charge.
15.Governing law
Tunisian law. An amicable solution is sought before any legal action.
