What we are asked before getting started

Do I need to install anything?
No. Classimum runs in the browser, on computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
Is my data protected?
Each centre is isolated in the database itself, the server only sends each role the data that concerns it, exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS), and you can export your data at any time.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You choose a plan, monthly or annual. Without payment, the centre manager keeps their space in read-only mode, and the team sees a paused-access screen that lets them notify the manager. Your data stays there, nothing is deleted.
Can you import our Excel files?
Yes. Students can be imported from a spreadsheet, and so can your former certificates, and we import your files if needed during onboarding.
Do my learners have access?
Yes. Each learner finds their timetable, receipts, transcripts and certificates in their space, gives feedback on completed courses and signs the centre's charter if you have one, with your centre's WhatsApp, website and social networks at hand.
Can parents follow their child?
Yes, with the parent portal. The centre invites the parent through a personal link; the parent chooses a password, then follows the schedule, attendance, payments and documents of their child, and of their child only. Included in Growth, Pro 360 and Enterprise.
Does Classimum prepare our CNFCPP files?
Largely, with the CNFCPP file online: learners and the trainer sign the attendance sheets online, and the FINC.02 programme sheet and the FINC.03 attendance sheet are generated. Submitting the file remains your responsibility. Included in Pro 360 and Enterprise.
Our trainers also work in other centres: is that a problem?
No. A trainer keeps a single Classimum account: each centre adds them to its team, and they switch from one to the other from their trainer space, with the same login details.
How is the subscription paid?
In US dollars, excluding tax: applicable taxes depend on your country. By bank transfer or by card online (Flouci, charged in Tunisian dinars at the day's rate). A quote before each payment, a receipt after.
